3. Interpretation
Customer means You, an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession;
Supplier means We, My Delivery LTD
Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services;
Order means the Customer`s order for the Service from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;
Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;
Services means the Services advertised on the Website

This Service enables Customers to find the instruction manuals which they are looking for. We aim to always provide the highest quality service we can at all times
We cannot guarantee we will always find the instructions manual requested by you, or the accuracy of the results we deliver. It is possible the request which was made is either too vague, the instruction manual requested does not exist or is unavailable for any reason.
If we provide a search and fail to find your manual, you may be charged our service fee for carrying out a search.
The manual finding search service is carried out on our own internal database, any public information we can find freely available on the internet and by contacting the manufacturer directly where applicable.
6. 3D File Conversion Services
This Service enables Customers to convert 3D files (e.g., .stl, .obj) to PDF format. While we strive to provide high-quality conversions, we cannot guarantee that all file types will be supported or that all conversions will be flawless due to the inherent complexities of 3D file formats.
Processing Time: The conversion process time can vary depending on the file's complexity and size. You will receive the converted PDF file via email as soon as the conversion is complete.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the converted files.
Fees: You may be charged a fee for each conversion attempt regardless of the outcome.
Usage: The converted files are for personal use only and should not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without proper authorization.
7. Credit & Debit Card Billing
Fees and Payment
The charge for the Service will appear on your credit or debit card bill.
Fees and charges include all fees at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
You agree that we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Service by charging the credit or debit card used to subscribe to the Service.
The Service is supplied directly, the purchase amount will be debited from your balance. You will be billed at the rate advertised on the Website at time of purchase.
8. Personal Information and Registration
When registering to use the Website you must use your email address. You remain responsible for all actions taken under that email address and undertake not to disclose your username and password to anyone else and keep them secret.
We may contact you by using this email address or other electronic communication methods if You have supplied this to us.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the manual, you can cancel the service at any time via the Website by contacting customer Services via our Website, emailing us at info@mastertoolsmania.au. We want you to be happy with the Service that we provide. If, in the first 14 days You decide that the Service is not what you expected or as advertised, you may contact us for a full refund of any charges incurred.
If you believe you have been billed in error and wish to apply for a refund you should contact our customer services team. You may only be entitled to a refund if you have not used the service (you have not topped up your account or purchased a guide). When a refund is made your account will be canceled automatically and you will no longer have access to the service. If a chargeback has been raised you are no longer entitled to any refund from customer services.
